Barb, Now that I can get onto that site, it still doesn't work right. In the right hand column under "warte twojej uwagi" is a link titled, "parafialne strony internetowe", which isn't working now. I think if that link worked you'd be able to do a search to find out whether Wo~lka Szlachecka village is served by the parish in Franknowo. At the top of the page is "Dekanaty i Parafie" which also doesn't seem to work either. If you can't get information from this web site then I think you should email the archdiocese and just ask in which parish is the village of Wo~lka Szlachecka located. Let's take a look at this... The WEB site > http://archidiecezjawarminska.pl/ works for me - I had no problems manipulating it. Perhaps they know that I understand Polish. :) The "Dekanaty i Parafie" will produce a list of parishes in that Archdiocese. However, Wólka Szlachecka is not on the list. But Franknowo (previously Frankenau) is listed: > http://archidiecezjawarminska.pl/node/142 Neither Franknowo nor Wólka Szlachecka are listed under the menu item "parafialne strony internetowe" (Parish Internet Pages). In the middle of the 19th century Wólka Szlachecka belonged to the parish in Franknowo. The Polish Słownik Geograficzny contains an item on Franknowo but does not list Wólka Szlachecka.
