MSWord has a function that can easily convert all-caps to upper/lower case (and vice versa). Paste the text into a Word document, highlight the text you want to convert, and click shift-F3 once to convert to all lower case and a second time to convert that to upper/lower case. I find this very useful because I have a little difficulty reading all caps. -Marie
