    3. Hi Mary, Yes, we on the list can understand your need to write in all caps. But what some of us are concerned about, is that when you write some cousins privately, their software or email providers will automatically put your emails into their spam folders, or maybe not even deliver them at all. I don't think that reducing the size of the font will help if writing in all caps is what is making them not get your emails, it certainly looks better to those with normal vision, but still would be all capital letters. I don't know if there is software that will automatically convert your writing to be lower case with just the word "I" and names and such capitalized, but maybe if you want to write someone who has not put your email address into a whitelist or not-spam list, you might consider asking someone else to write them for you to begin with, until the line of communication through email is clearly open. It would be so nice if that meant that more of your cousins would be pleased to hear from you and happy to share what they know about your family history.
