I am able to get into this site on my Mac, which has a pre-Intel processor and is still using MacOS 10.5.8, which is now pretty old. I didn't try actually searching for a marriage record, but when I when to one page of the site (the 'marriage license' link), I found this wording: Records Search for Register of Wills, Orphans' Court and Marriage License Bureau Due to heavy traffic volume, the online records search engine is experiencing some technical difficulties. Infocon is working on a solution to resolve these difficulties. If you are unable to access the online records search, please try again later. Note: Pop-ups need to be enabled to access online records. Please notice that all Marriage License forms (with the exception of an Application for Marriage) are now available on line for you convenience. This website is intended to benefit the public. However, when I clicked on the "Records Search for ... Marriage license" link I was able to enter the database.
