Hi, New to the list. I am helping a descendant look for his relatives and he knows the birth date of his father and would like to apply for that birth certificate. He is believed to have been born in Warsaw. Can you advice me of the correct procedure. He only knows his father's fathers first name and would like to find the mother of his father. for privacy sake I have not included names but I am happy to email off list.
