    3. Gay, In theory records over 100yrs old are kept by Polish archives, and until then in the USC, local civil registration office. Have you seen the information here? https://familysearch.org/learn/wiki/en/Poland As you could need to prove your relationship to the person whose record you hope to obtain, you may find it easier to work with a local genealogist.
