Hi Arthur, A cousin of mine has family from Guben [and I have passed through the (now border) town]. I don't think she still has the (s?)she was using on loan, alas, but I will ask. She was looking at Evangelical (Lutheran) births in the 1860s, and a marriage. Would be nice if you were lucky and someone had the information to share with you. It can be hard work looking through these films. I'm pleased to hear that you interested in research; I think I will be burnt out way before I reach 95!! Bron.
