I had heard that Jewish people did not have surnames and sometimes took name of town for others to keep track of Jewish people. My Great great grandmother was born in 1833 in Prussia. I had found some Miloslawskys immigrating from town of Ekaterinoslaw is why I was searching for where it was. Thanks again for your input.
