I have asked this question several years ago on this list, wondering if anyone has seen/knows of connections or knowledge of this surname: Cembrowcoicz. According to my ggrandmothers death certificate, this was the maiden name of her mother. Now it was written in cursive, so this is my best guess of its spelling. Any thoughts on this particular name? Its spelling, etc? The family lived in the area of Wloclawek, with family ties to Lewandowaski, Rossa and Kujawa. Thanks for any input, John From Milwaukee

I would say it's CembrowcoWicz. Is there a chance for this missing w? However, it's a bit too complex for a Polish name, so most probably it is Cembrowicz.
