Hi, my father, Felix Polus, was born in 1920 in Herne /Germany; his father, Walerian Polus was born in Kamionek(?) or Kamienek(?) in Poland.Walerian left Poland toward Germany and later to France, when his two brothers, Joseh and Frank and a sister (whose firstname I don't know) moved to the United states with their mother Anastasia Polus/ Wedzikowska. They joined the great lakes region/ Chicago/Illinois/Michigan. I think that Walerian father first name was Martin. My father had received letters and photos from Frank, that I still have. I am living in france, 30 km from Paris with my family. Do you believe we might have the same ancestors? Please let me know your feeling. Kind regards. Jean-pierre.
