If you've forgotten, my mother is your cousin Mary Anne (Swiecicki) my grandmother was Anna Barsukiewicz. My uncle Martin was visiting today from out of state, and he says that he and his twin brother Francis have found that our family coming over here was from Russia. Their name was Barsuk (the kiewicz means son of and was added later.)He at one point found the record in the Ellis Island data base. He has some sort of family tree certificate that he's going to send us once he gets home. I'll keep you posted! He spoke of a lot of info that showed some interesting connections that were Hebrew, and believe it or not Buddhist (mongolian ties)!!!
