The three children (of my record) of Fred Rotzien and Roas Kuhn were: Fred Rotzien (I recall no info on hime) Henriette Rotzien (married an Edward Molkentine) Michael Rotzien (married Eva Fausch) Eva Fausch was the sister of Fred Fausch Fred Fausch married Wilhelmine Molkentine Since in Wilma's 1908 obit it is stated that her father was an Edward Molkentine, perhaps the Edward who married Henriette Rotzien was a son of her father Edward Molkentine. You mention the Blessing property. Which Blessing are you refering to? Henry Blessing... who owned 160 acres on the NW corner of Beatys Corners intersection and who marriedn Ida Rotzien, daughter of Michael and Eva Rotzien, sister of Carl Fredrick... or are you refering to the George Blessing property, 160 acres, exactly 1 mile north of Henry Blessings, his son. Detailed property map of Beatty's corners http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/Congress/1692/gene/beattys-corners.html On the map you will also see an Emil Rotzien, who is of another Rotzien family that I have yet to connect to the one we speak of. Also, if you are interesed, I have some info on some other Pohl/Pahls in Michigan City, and nearby Porter County.

I'm looking for Louise Rotzien who came to Michigan City, IN with her husband Daniel Pahl in 1865. Descendants of Daniel and Louise came to purchase land from Michael Rotzien's son Charles, land which was also previously owned by Blessing (just north of Beatty's Corners). Trying to connect them... Thanks!

Surnames: Wyrybkowski Purman(n) Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/hdC.2ACI/1621.2 Message Board Post: I have just recently started searching this surname also. My 2nd great grandmother was Maryanna Wyrybkowski and I found her in the Margonin, Chodziez parish records. She married Johannes Purmann and some of the children came to Michigan in the early 1900's. Along with her I have found a Martin and Francis Wyrybkowski also in the Margonin records and they also moved to Michigan in about 1880. I believe these to be my grandmother's brothers but have not gotten back far enough in the parish records to prove it. I am documenting Martin and Francis (Frank here) records from Poland and what I have found in the census records so far and would be glad to find out if we have a connection. Could you please send the names of your parents and grandparents? Pat
