There were no people named Olikowski in the old province of Bialostockie that year. The name Olkowski was found in Bialostockie ... 135 according to this study. There were 35 in the province of Suwalskie north of Bialostockie. To the west of Suwalskie was Olstyznskie, and there were 198 there. The province with the most was Warszawskie, with 347. In view of the prominence of this spelling, I think the surname may have been misspelled, after leaving Poland. In 2002, another study was done. These are the results of that study. Again, we see there were none in the Bialystok area.
