I think that the translation should be not "Parowo" but "Popowo" (English "p" reads as Russian "r") and the exact translation from Polish or Russian "w Grajewie" is just a correct grammar form for "in Grajewo" - so in short I think the translations should say "Popowo" and "it happened in Grajewo".
