She met my Grandfather on the ship over from Poland. He was Anthony Kukis, I beleive he was from Suwalke (sp) Poland. His parents were Aniela Kordoski and Frank Kukis. They settled in the Sugar Notch area of Luzerne county. My Grandmother is Burried at the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church in Sugar Notch.
