That is if the reccords she wants are over 100 years old. She would need to give them the type of record she wants, the person's name for whom it is and a year of birth or death. I picked up 4 records at the archives when I was there last year. After getting the marriage record on my great grandparents, I was able to do a full research project using microfilm. This was for my great grandmother's family. I had already done my great grandfather's side. She can't expect them to get the record that day. They told me to come back the next day for what I had requested. Everyone was already working on projects, so you just have to wait your turn. If you do it all by mail, it takes 1 to 2 months to get anything from them. Good luck. Tina Ellis
