I know only that my greatgrandmother's name was Julia Arasim. Her daughter, Alexandra Zambrowicz, my grandmother, married Joseph Sturgul, my grandfather. My grandmother was from Augustow, in Northeastern Poland, near the present day border with Belorussia and Lithuania. My grandfather was from Suwalki, just to the north of Augustow.
