Hi Laurence, This is a a ship manifest for Leopold Miduszewski (this is how it's written in the orginal ship manisfest). I think, the proper spelling of the name should be Mioduszewski. It looks like he came from Stoki or Stok. There used to live many Mioduszewskis in a Miodusy which was divided into a few villages. One part of the new village was Miodusy-Stok. Leopold may have come from Miodusy-Stok. Hope it helps.
