Podlaskie. Last night, at the local LDS Family History Center, I was viewing microfilm, which is labeled for the parish of Bakalarzewo. This is in the powiat of Suwalski, which was in the woj. of Suwalskie. Today it is in the woj. (province) of Podlaskie. In the years of 1813 and 1814, I found records going back to the 1700's and early 1800 years. The earliest record, I noticed was for 1703. Although this film is labeled as covering the parish of Bakalarzewo, it actually covers the parishes of Filipow, Jeleniewo and Bakalarzewo. These records are in Latin and Polish. I only had time to view all of 1813 and part of 1814. There may be others in the following years. No reference in the notations is made in the LDS catalog about these records being on this roll of film. If anyone had ancestors in these parishes, I thought renting this roll may be a good idea. You may get lucky and find another generation or two. This is the roll of film where I found these: FHL INTL Film 1496956 Items 9-17. (Suwalki) to Alexander and Antonina Buczynska Andruszkiewicz. Family has told me that Alexander remarried after Antonina’s death. Stefania had a cousin or brother named Juzef Andruskiewicz born about 1890. Stefania was christened in 1891 at Parish Wigry In Kopnica, Near Suwalki. Unfortunately these are all the dates and information I have. I would love to hear about any leads/ info you find and I hope you find what your looking for on your family research.

Just a quick look gave me Buczynski Aleksander Konstanty, born1878. In the Russian-Polish form it is Toyrunckiu. Andruszkiewicz is Angpyuikeburr, of course the spelling varies. Hope I can help.
