I have tried twice to send a GEDCOM attachment to two message board messages and have failed. I typed my message, clicked on "[Add]" after the word "Attachments," browsed to find my GEDCOM file and found it, clicked on "Submit," which brought me back to the message screen, clicked on "Post Message," and sent the message off. However, the attachment did not attach either time. What am I doing wrong? I wrote to the Ancestry team but am unlikely to get a quick answer. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

He probably knows a lot of people, and may be able to find some researchers family, and may be able to check records for them, but in order to do this, people will need to have notorized statements giving permission for him to do this. Grajewo is a gmina and parish, so people from the surrounding area would have also had their BMDs recorded in Grajewo. If you want Piotr to search all of the records in Grajewo, I think it would be appropriate to offer to pay him. He may also need a notorized statement giving him authorization to do research for you.
