I have ordered the marriage records from 1849 to 1889 and am awaiting their arrival at present at my local FHC. I believe they originally were part of the Mizerek family from Baranowo (the Village of Dlutowka). Jim Tye.
GE, There are 4 Brodnica's in Poland none in Mazowieckie. Try Kujawsko Pomorskie. One was the German town of Strassburg. The manifest shows they were going to Cleveland. To learn more about your grandparents, I would suggest you begin with the 1910, 1920 and 1930 census records for Cleveland. The census records hold a lot of clues to our finding records of our ancestors. You need to know the name of the village before you can cross the ocean to find records in Poland.
