    3. I am trying to find information on my grandparents who were born in Poland and I live in the United States and am having difficulty finding information on their families and was hoping you would be able to provide help in finding any information. My grandmother Mary Opejda was born on 3 October 1927 in Lublin. She had brothers, possibly with the names Peter and Marion or Alex. She married Iwan Olijnyk in 1945 in Germany. Iwan was born in Poland, possibly Zawysznia. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Kadlubiska was on the shipping manifest in 1910. I was mis-reading that, I thought that was his home, but now that I have zoomed in, above it it says it is the location of closest relative "brother Fel.Tor. A friend of mine is polish and told me that that it was shortened for Feliks, This is a first we have heard the name or a brother. In parallel at the same time you confirmed this, and the addition of another new name "going to br.in.law Fr. RUMPILA". According to Ellis Island's data, some Jacob Mazurek (without "Joseph") arrived to USA on May 10, 1905, aged 24, which means he was born in 1881 - the same year, you've mentioned. In the passenger record his place of residence is stated as Sanok. There are a lot of materials in Rzeszow state archive - department in Sanok for this time period. Do you possess some additional information, such as J. J. Mazurek's confession? It would be helpful in finding proper documents. Just in case, you can write me on mich.papiez@gmail.com. Regards!
