I'm related to a couple Howards before Matthew but, my line goes off through Catherine. I saw you were from a Jones also, Murray, my grandfather was from Jones also, still in MD. I was looking at the link to Matthew Howard and this line shows that he is the ancestor of Mary Todd Lincoln, President Lincoln's wife, as well as Jesse James and the James brothers.
