Hi Henry I assume he was the one called Beauclerc, now his son was said to be Geoffroi Plantagenet. Correct, his grandson Henry Curtmantle aka Henry II. I assumed that Henry I's father was William Rufus, but will have to check my Kings List to see. Wasn't William Rufus the son of William I. Perhaps Henry's father was Stephen, which would make William Rufus his grandfather.
