He may be kin to this group of Pitts. He also has a son named Jerry who is a Chaplain is the military. Our Pitts family is from Copiah County but no kin as far as I know. Other than me and my father I know there are several other Jerry Pitts here in Mississippi. I know one lives down on the Gulf Coast and he graduated from Ole Miss.
