My husbands grandmother was Mary Louina Pitts, youngest daughter of Richard and Sarah Elizabeth Andrews Pitts. My husband is now deceased but he claimed that His grandmother looked like a full blood Indian. His mother did not look like an Indian but her sister did. I saw one brother and he was fair. I have been told that Richard Davis, the othe brother looked Indian. I have a picture of Cordelia Pitts and she looks like she could be mixed. A long time ago, I saw another picture of a Pitts male relative but I don't know the relationship but he looked like a full blood Indian. My husband had a light olive skin color, his sister very fair and other sister was fair but not as light. All had dark hair and blue eyes. I hope you get this message.
