    3. Joe, I wish I had been able to make that sort of posting when I was just starting out, nearly 30 years ago! Well done Jen. I am very interested in the Margaret PIGOTT & John William KITCHENER marriage. A published pedigree, in BURKE's Colonial Gentry, features the family of William PIGOTT, of St Ives, Hunts; he was an Army doctor who went to India & died at Cuttack, ca 1818. He & his widow's wills were proved P.C.C. I think I posted some notes on this family to the List, some time ago. You might let me know, Joe, if my memory is playing games on me here. His family included several male connections named Granado, & he had a son John who emigrated to N.S.W. ca 1840, & had issue, in Edinburgh & London, & a younger daughter born in Bass Strait on the voyage out, whose middle name was Kitchener. In the BURKE pedigree, Dr William is recorded as having a sister, un-named, the wife of Dr KITCHENER. But I have for years been unable to identify her. I suspect she is now found. Thanks Jen. Regards, Chris PIGOTT.
