    3. Hello, In the course of researching my own Piggott family, I sent off for a marriage certificate. The Piggott in question wasn't part of my family, but he may be part of yours! The details are as follows:- Date of Marriage: 2nd February 1868 Married in the Albany Chapel, Old Brentford William Piggott (20 years) Occupation: Lighterman's mate Residence at time of marriage: Strand-on-the-Green Father's name and surname: George Piggott Profession of Father: Fisherman William married Rosina Shaw (18 years). If the above is of help to anyone, please let me know and I can scan a copy of the certificate & send it to you.
