PIGOTT was almost certainly instead Virginia ("Virgie"), the 4th (?) wife & widow of Dexter Lemuel PIGOTT (ca Jun 1860 - Oct 1929) of Doddridge, West Virginia, & of Meigs Co, Ohio.
