Joe, I cannot identify this Richard PIGOTT. There were a number of Catholic PIGOTT families in Co Cork, & the fact they were Catholic suggests any connection to the Dysart line was remote. The Dysart PIGOTTs & their connections remained staunchly Protestant - that they had property made sure of that, especially in light of the fact that some of them died defending those properties by the sword. I have seen a few deeds relating to some Cork PIGOTT families, but none of them mention a Richard. If anything crops up, I will certainly be in touch. Regards, Chris.
