Joe, Bill PIGOTT (b 1942) is the 2nd of my 4 elder brothers. He spent some time in North America in the 1970s, then with W.H.O. in Kathmandu, Geneva & Cambodia before retiring & returning to Australia several years ago. Leslie SIMMS is native to Toronto.
