Hi List, Found on another list: Hello Marie I wrote yesterday that I thought there were two family groups of Sellers in the county, descending from brothers William Riley Sellers and Elisha Sellers b 1825. Well I was wrong. If there are two lines they start further back. I should point out that I have been married to a Brunswick County Sellers for 38 years. However we've never dug into family history beyond Burgwyn until now. So if you shared that e-mail, folks know that occasionally I let my ignorance show. According to the Berlyn Lancaster book, the children of Elisha and Elizabeth (possibly/probably Elizabeth Anne Hickman married 7/31/1815 - NC marriages) are as follows with dates from tombstones: Kelly who married Harriet Hewett H K b 17 June 1818 d 24 Jan 1891. Harriet b 4 Mar 1820 d 23 Aug 1898. (This has to be Kelly) and wife Harriet. Elisha II (as Berlyn identifies him - we say b1825) married Mary Elizabeth Price Mary Amanda married Levi Swain William Riley married Louise Clemmons John married Elizabeth Piggott Many of these folks and their descendents are buried at Galloway Cemetery. Near Elisha b1825 we find Kelly and his wife Harriet, Mary A and Levi Swain, William R (I think, got to go back) did not see John will look again. Anyway will send further pictures after I get them. And it appeared most of their children are buried there as well. It might be called Galloway cemetery, but it looks like Sellers outnumber Galloways 10 to 1. I think someone on your website was researching Kelly. If they need info on his children buried there, I will be happy to go get. Getting my act together... Cindy
