His father was Gardner Pierce b. Aug 21 1801 who was born and raised in Rehoboth. His mother was Sarah Wood, b. Sept 27 1806. (p. 246) Charles S. b. Feb 11, 1857; residence Duluth, Minn. His father was Israel Pierce b. June 2 1805 and mother was Louisa Durham, b.
