    1. [PIERCE-L] Thanks & Oldest Pierce
    2. Hi everyone.... I'd like to thank everyone who offered so many suggestions on how to trace my unknown Pierce/Caldwell connection. It seems that I have not one connection, but two...a pair Caldwell ?brothers married two Pierce sisters, and floated all around the greater Boston area. My oldest Pierce line follows. Savage stated that John was in Charlestown in 1652, but F. B. Pierce in "Thomas Pierce" presents a pretty creditable argument for why this simply isn't so. 1 John Pierce b: abt. 1615 d: Bef.
