Fellow Pierce's- I am at the famous brick wall with Jared W. Pierce b. 10 Feb 1792 Halifax, Windham, VT. - sure of birthdate not of place. Jared lived there and married (Louisa WILCOX) there but as I cannot find a birth record can't confirm birthplace. Would like information from anyone with a Windham County Pierce. I have the following Pierce's as living there in 1800. My info: Jared W. PIERCE/PEARCE m. 7 Dec 1817 Margaret PIERCE/PEARCE m. Joseph WILCOX 4 Aug 1816 Allen Benjamin James Joseph Nathaniel Reuben Also - Ephraim Pierce who lived in Windham County and removed to Jefferson County, NY and appeared in court for pension in 1832 in that county. My Pierce's also moved to Jefferson County, NY between 1820 and 1830. I would appreciate information from any one who has traced any of the above families.
