After many years, I am still looking for my very elusive gggrandmother Louvenia/Lucinda Emaline Pierce born GA ~1837, both parents born GA. She was in Madison Co AL 1870, Marion/Baxter County AR about 1872, and Pope/Conway Co AR after 1892. In hopes of breaking down this wall, I am going to post some mystery Pierces who were in the same locations. If someone recognizes any of these folks, will you please let me know? I would really appreciate any feedback. Here is the first set: Jacob B.C. PEARCE born GA ~1835 , 2nd wife is Elizabeth STRINGFELLOW born AL ~1847. They were married in Madison Co AL in 1867. On Madison Co AL census 1870. He arrived in AL before 1861. With them is Katey (?) Stringfellow b. 1802 SC. Allen PEARCE b ~1820 GA apparently arrived AL before 1856. In 1870 census of Madison Co AL. There is a Lucy WOODALL age 6 living with his family. Jasper PEARCE age 12 (GA), Sephronia age 11 (AL), and Elizabeth age 9 (AL) in the household of W.B. COTHRAN b. ~~1838 GA and wife Mary b. ~1837 GA. This may be the Jasper Pearce who married Mary J. Turner in 1877. Thanks much! Pat Worsham worsham@fred.net
