My name is Richard L Pierce. I am looking for information on my g-g-grandfather William Pearce. He was born in or around the Tupelo, Mississippi area in 1823. He married Mary (last name unknown) sometime before 1843. He died 1912 in Dallas, Texas. William and Mary had the following children: James Joseph b. 1843 d. 1881(my g-grandfather) Amanda b. 1844 Death unknown Jacob b. 1848 Death unknown What information I have been able to gather I got from family and 1850 census records for Itawamba County, Mississippi.
