There was a message from someone who was looking for a John Pierce who was born in 1671 and married Mary Parker. I had just found the information when the computer went dead. If the person who was looking for this will check the Pierce Geneology by Frederic Beech Pierce they will find it on page 33. John's father was also a John, his grandfather was Thomas as was his great grandfather, the emigrant ancestor of this branch of the Pierce family. He came to this country in 1633-4.
