I am basically researching the descendants of Capt Andrew Jackson Pierce Born Hall CO. GA 1815 died Cleburne, Johnson County TX 1892, and his descendants. His son GW (George Washington Pierce) was probably the earliest settler. I am descended from his other son Lorenzo Dow Pierce born cherokee GA 1856, died Spearman, TX Hansford County 1923 I am also researching Reuben Pierce Born Edgefield Dist SC 1768 migrated to Hall/Lumpkin Counties GA,. Died after 1850 Hall Co. GA. He appears to be the father of Andrew Jackson Pierce, Sampson Pierce and Wilson Pierce. I am also researching these families. 1999 I have found indications from various other researchers that the families of Hugh Pierce Fredricksberg VA 1749, and my Reuben Pierce's families appear to be connected.
