I am seeking information on the family of A. (August?) Perry Pierce. He was a member of the Alexandria Virginia police dept. He was shot and killed in a shoot out during a burglary on September 7, 1930. I believe that he had a sister Mary Pierce (from Hartford, CT?) who married Alfred Arthur Harris about May 1959 in RI.
