I am researching Joseph Pierce,b.abt.1820,m.Sarah Dobson,b.?. was living in Todd'sPoint ,Shelby Co.,Ill. in the 1880 census.They had 8 children at that time, the eldest being Nellie G. Pierce(my great grandmother)b.abt.1868. She married David Hadwin April 1888 at Todd's Point, Ill. where she lived untill she died of illness about 7 yrs. later. I have no information on Joseph Pierce other than what I stated above. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank You in advance, Linda in Louisiana
