My name is Bellinda MYRICK - BARNETT and, as with the other post that I sent yesterday on McCRACKEN, I don't descend directly, (that I know of yet,) from the McCRACKEN lineage, but my PIERCE family married into the McCRACKEN with the marriage of George PIERCE, (brother of my 3rd gr. grandmother, Elizabeth "Bettie" PIERCE,) and George PIERCE married Elizabeth McCRACKEN, daughter of Elizabeth WILSON and David (2) McCRACKEN, Jr., (RS.) George PIERCE's family was among those in the extended PIERCE - McCRACKEN - KUYKENDAHL/KURKENDALL/ etc. - DeLOACH - GOODWIN - MYRICK family group that went into East Texas with many settling in Rusk County including the mother of Elizabeth "Bettie" PIERCE and George PIERCE.
