Hi Chuck, I find the coincidences interesting... My Adeline M. COOMBS b.c.1873 Titusville, Crawford Co., PA at some point relocated to Westfield, Chautauqua Co., NY and married my James A. PEIRCE b.c.1865. Prior to their marriage they are found together on the Westfield, NY Presbyterian Church Roster of 1889. Adeline COOMBS is the daughter of Hannah P. HOLMES b.13 Mar 1824 Trenton, NY d.17 Mar 1891 Titusville, Crawford Co., PA. Her HOLMES family spent some time in the town of North East, Erie Co., PA. All that I have on my James A. PEIRCE is that he had a brother named Colonel Albert E. PEIRCE/PIERCE/PEARCE b.c.1870 who later lived in Ravenswood Estates, Jackson Co., WV. Adeline COOMBS and James A. PEIRCE went on to marry and have children James Nelson PEIRCE b.c.1890-1896, and Alice M. PEIRCE b.17 May 1898 Brooklyn, NY d.20 Dec 1988, NJ.
