Noah Piatt descends from Abraham Piatt, one of the five brothers that served in the Revolution. Regarding your SMITH line, I will be checking this hopefully 4/18/02. I live in Florida for the winter and will be leaving for home (PA) Tuesday. I intend to stop in VA on Wednesday and research for Martin Smith, the father of the two SMITH girls that married into the VA Piatt family.
