I lit my candles and I stood in the evening light thinking of those lost, those found and those still searching. I thought about the righteous anger we all are feeling and I ask this of all of you, Do Not let loose your anger on the American Muslim community. Do Not release your rage on the Americans of Middle Eastern descent! There were Muslims in the World Trade Center on Tuesday, September 11. There were people who's ancestors came from the Middle East in those towers. The terrorists attacked them because they were and still are Americans. We are ALL Americans. Do not let this horrible act of madmen tear us apart. Do not commit such acts of hatred and rage that will put you on the same level as those terrorists. We who have searched for our ancestors know they came to this country for many different reasons. They came here and they built here and they believed here. We are the result of their strivings, let us bring pride to their memories by pursuing Justice, not Revenge. Justice is all we can ask for, God claimed Vengence for Himself.
