It is terrific to find someone this close who is also researching the family. I do not remember a Nora personally, but have heard relatives speak of her. I did personally know my great uncles: George, Bill, and Hamer. Hamer was a stepson. I also knew Emaline. George lived along Dry Run in West Portsmouth for years with his wife Margaret. Bill lived in a place called either Turkey Creek or Blue Creek. His wife was Alice (I believe an Ailshire by birth). Emaline lived in a place called Greenbriar. The last two being in Adams County. I do already have a copy of Jackson's death certificate. I have lost track myself with all the cousins. > > > ==== PIATT Mailing List ==== > The PIATT mailing list archives can be searched at > http://archiver.rootsweb.com/PIATT-L/ > > ============================== > To join Ancestry.com and access our 1.2 billion online genealogy records, go to: > http://www.ancestry.com/rd/redir.asp?targetid=571&sourceid=1237 >
