I can't find Laycock Ave. on a current map except South Phila. There was a Laycock Ave. I found in 1910 census and 1930 census in Ward 40. It is not exactly West Philadelphia to natives. We would refer to it as Southwest Phila. and there was no Laycock at 60th. It was more like 80th. Meadows maybe? There is a a 60th and Saybrook and that is definitely West Philadelphia. I would bet the rent on Saybrook!
