If anyone has access to a City Directory in the period 1860 to 1870, and could look up FOUQUET, Charles and let me know what the listing reads, I'd be very grateful. I think my ancestor lived with the Fouquet family and it will answer a question regarding how two people met and later married. The directories were printed each year usually, and the 1861 directory is online: http://www.philageohistory.org/citydir/MCE1861/ Don't forget to search the archives of the Rootsweb Philadelphia lists too, for someone may have transcribed pages of names.
