I've been unable to locate a marriage record using the Phila index for 1885-1916; PCA had no birth records for 1904-1906 for any LLOYD. City directories list several Wm & Wm C LLOYDS, and I'm not sure which is him going back in time (if any is). Searching various ways, and with help, I'm unable to locate the 1900 & 1920 census images for this family.
