I was going back thru old emails and this topic caught my eye. My gggrandparents lived in Bucks Co., PA, but got married in Delaware in 1901.....maybe because the bride was only 16 at the time? Anyone know about this? I was aware of the ease of a Maryland elopement (that's where my grandmother got married the first time around) but I've never heard anything about DE.
